🏢 ABOUT TRIOMICS : Triomics is a B2B startup founded in 2020 that combines the most advanced clinical trial operating system with a global network of supersites to help you deliver rapid, cost-effective, high-quality clinical trials. 🔗https://triomics.in ✍️MY EXPERIENCE : This was my first product design internship. The overall experience of 2 months at Triomics was just awesome💫. The startup factor here gave me a good push to learn new things at a pace and instilled a hustling nature in me. _____________________________________________________________________________ 🔑 MY KEY LEARNINGS : a. Organized work : Right from naming the layers to grouping similar elements, everything is important; it enhances your workflow. Also, learnt that autolayout isn’t always necessary! b. Clarity: Having clarity is a must; note down the final conclusions of the discussions with the product and the dev team, or else there are lafdas coming in😜. c. Discipline: Showing up in time in meetings, ready and set with what you are about to discuss and present is good. I missed it at times and learnt it with time. Completing work before the deadline is good because nothing is perfect in first shot, the product and the dev. teams are there to make changes at it anytime, with an aim for perfection. __________________________________ 🏞️The scenario: It was a remote intern. We communicated on Slack for chats and huddles, Clickup for task management. But I did go onsite at Gurgaon for a few weeks before they shifted their office to Bangalore. That short duration of the on-site experience was lit. Got to observe how the founding team works day-night in and out. 🎨 At the time of my joining, design system was about to be scaled and revamped. 🌒 The whole product was built in dark mode till date, so now, the complete UI needed to be transitioned to light mode as it was noticed to have a better response by the users. 🔝 Product improvements were to be made for version update in each sub-product. __________________________________ 💻 Product is the web-app of triomics that includes its clinical trial management system,EDC and many other sub-products. I mainly worked on Envelopes and Visits. My work also included designing some primary components for the design system. Scroll to see in brief about my work.

🔍 ‘Search in’ Experience design: Triomics has some screens which display multiple columns, it can be of various fields including status, site, trial name, etc. I designed the experience and the UI of that component for a a user to search within a particular column(s). 📨 Envelope Revamp : Envelope is basically a term for the flow of documents/forms being created and pulled in the overall process of a clinical trial. Did major UX improvements and complete UI re-design, brainstorming with product and dev. team 🏥Visits Revamp : Visits section is used by monitoring vendors, investigators and clinical research associates to compile the protocol ,agendas and updates status and reports of offline visits to sites (hospitals, testing locations). Redesigned UI of this section with UX imrpovements. 🎨Design System Components : Designed components like date picker, global filters, progress sidebars for design system in multiple device dimensions.
